The Viechtach branch of VR GenoBank Donauwald eG is the head office for this mutual savings bank, which operates a total of 30 branch offices and employs 350 people. The new construction of the prestigious building will serve as the new site for GenoVersicherung, corporate client consulting, marketing, HR, and the executive and supervisory boards.

The requirements for the interior design and the furnishing solutions were multi-faceted, with different needs arising from the various departments. The furnishing had to be elegant, simple and of high quality. Stringent sound insulation requirements were drawn up for the consulting and work areas.

The planned fit-out was timeless yet modern, stylish and functional – but with no unnecessary extras. The warm materials of the building harmonise perfectly with the technical appearance of the furniture and bright glass partitions.

fritzoffice developed and implemented an integrated furnishing concept in close cooperation with consulting architects Brunner and the VR GenoBank Management Board. The flexibility of the Goldbach Kirchner partition wall and door systems really came into its own, and the sound insulation values required were achieved without exception.
