Practice planning combined with individual interior design

comprehensive - competent - respectful

For successful practice planning, whether new practice construction, conversion or renovation, special knowledge and many years of experience are required. The Swiss studio Archimed in Zurich has been offering both for over 20 years.

Whether individual new construction, conversion or renovation of medical practices or centers: the Studio Archimed team advises, plans and realizes rooms for all medical disciplines in Zurich and throughout Switzerland as experienced practice planners.

INTERIOR & EQUIPMENT

Thanks to many years of experience, Studio Archimed supports the optimization of practice-relevant work processes and workflows in order to make the practice more efficient in the future. With their holistic approach, they not only plan rooms, but also their interior design. Great importance is attached to ensuring that the material and color concept, the furniture and the decor correspond to the function and purpose of a room.

The principles were fully implemented in the Unterwetzikon medical center shown here. The color concept used creates a pleasant atmosphere and combines the transparency of the glass partitions used with privacy and discretion.
Waiting rooms and offices are implemented with delicate partition wall elements in the T50 system with single-pane glazing and ensure sound insulation of up to 37 dB.

All examination rooms were realized with the T35 partition wall system. These system partition walls with double glazing meet all requirements for sound insulation and discretion at 45 dB.

ROUND & SQUARE – BOTH IS POSSIBLE

In order to create a pleasant room atmosphere, some of the patient rooms were equipped with round corner partitions. In addition to the black dividing profiles, the color concept consistently uses black straps, handles and door rails. The reception desks, both round and square, are contemporary made from maritime pine with acoustic surfaces and mineral counter covers.
