At Gewerbestrasse 12a in Egg, Zurich/Switzerland, a section of the 2nd floor was redesigned on behalf of Züblin Immobilien AG. The feasibility study, implementation planning and project management were carried out by Studio Z20 AG/Workplace Architecture. The aim of this measure was to make the area more attractive through a new spatial atmosphere and to successfully bring it onto the market.

Flexible rental units

As part of the redesign, innovative collaboration and communication areas were created that are designed as shared rental areas. The well-thought-out concept enables the area to be flexibly divided into different sizes and rental units in order to meet the different needs of future tenants.

The rooms were specifically tailored to the specific requirements and activities of the users. The space on offer impresses with high-quality visual connections and an excellent indoor climate.

Slim partition wall systems combined with fire protection class EI30

The following Goldbach Kirchner products were used during the renovation work: the slim all-glass partition wall T50 with single-pane glazing and black profiles, all-glass doors, 74 mm aluminum tubular frame door with fire protection class EI30, as well as solid doors in wall niches with a two-part frame and wooden doors with aluminum frames.
