Building project report

Techspace BER, Berlin

Coworking for high-tech start-ups

Space in Berlin is rare, especially for well-equipped office space in a central location

The Techspace company is tackling this problem and is creating an alternative at the Moritzplatz location in Berlin-Kreuzberg with 450 coworking workplaces over 3,000 square meters.

The Berlin location, like all other Techspace buildings, is designed specifically for scale-up technology companies and includes the ability to customize the workspace with its own branding.

The old industrial building has been transformed into a charming office with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, with a private courtyard and a balcony that members can enjoy.

Private offices, firm desks or meeting rooms are available. The generous interior design is realized with the filigree all-glass partition wall system T50 with single pane glazing and black profiles, powder coated in RAL 9011.
