The main branch in Aschaffenburg meets flexible room concepts and modern customer requirements. When designing the customer-related areas, special emphasis was placed on spatial planning and division that meets customer requirements
correspond to a modern savings bank. In particular, the consulting and service areas have changed significantly after the conversion.
At several service points, the employees take care of the small and uncomplicated orders of the savings bank customers. 16 modern consultation rooms were set up for customer consultations, in which discussions can be held in a personal and discreet atmosphere.
The first floor has also been modernized – this is where the workspaces and a further eight consultation rooms for employees from the Private Banking and Corporate Customers departments as well as the Management Board area can be found.

The spacious self-service area with a total of six ATMs, three bank statement printers, three self-service terminals and a coin roll machine was integrated into the passage between Friedrichstraße and Wolfsthalplatz and is available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The customer hall is a prime example of a successful combination of a sustainable branch concept with modern technology on the one hand
side and individual advice with personal proximity and well-known contacts on the other side. More than 100 employees in the branch, the Private Banking department and the Corporate Customers department are on hand to offer advice and support to customers at the location. They receive support from around 40 specialists from the areas of securities, insurance, real estate and construction financing. Human contact and competent advice combined in a modern ambience in the heart of the city.
