Berlin - between surrounding existing buildings and new project developments, VoltAir’s self-assured, distinctive architectural language stands out clearly. The cubist-inspired, three-dimensional façade is pierced by a horizontally glazed joint that opens the building to the city and elegantly blends interior and exterior spaces.

Open, light-filled and maximally flexible

The tenant fit-out was realized for Seven Senders, a leading delivery platform for international parcel shipping. Full-transparency glass partition systems by Goldbach Kirchner were used, delivering complete acoustic separation.

 For open and flexible work environments, the floor-to-ceiling single-glazed construction dispenses with vertical profiles. The glass panes are fixed at the top and bottom only with 27 mm slim aluminum profiles.

In addition to modern buildings with transparent architecture, the fully glass system partition wall T50 is also suitable for room divisions in renovated or historic properties. Office units can be separated almost weightlessly. Structural elements are minimized; the glass surfaces allow the existing spatial architecture to prevail.

Green Building Certification and Flexibility

 The building is LEED Gold and WiredScore Gold certified and features an environmentally friendly CO2 balance thanks to efficient district heating. Possible office configurations emphasize maximum flexibility. The glass partition share in the office areas exceeds 20%—durable, flexible, and fully reusable.
