Modern ensemble with a variety of possible uses

The district development made possible by Stuttgart 21 is one of the largest local urban development projects of the last decades in the Baden-Württemberg state capital. On the area between Rosensteinstrasse and Eckartstrasse, the motto “Life. Work. Reside” is a contemporary, modern ensemble.

Each use has its own area – from a micro apartment to a rental apartment to an office. Green areas in the traffic-free inner courtyard, a café and a food market create meeting points and ensure a lively community. Green roofs with photovoltaic systems contribute to the sustainability of the district, which has been awarded DGNB Gold certification.

In the “Rosenstein Trio”: new micro-apartments and apartments

The “Rosenstein Trio” consists of three buildings with micro-apartments, rental apartments, office space and areas for commercial use.

262 new apartments with a gross floor area of 11,200 square meters have been realized: 44 units will be 2- and 3-room apartments, the other 218 apartments will be micro-apartments. Compact living space (temporary) in the form of micro-apartments, for example for students, young professionals and commuters, is particularly in demand in metropolises such as Stuttgart.
