In June 2020, the starting signal was given for the start of construction of the mega-project OPES Campus M70 in Munich, which is being implemented by the Munich branch of Geiger Schlüsselfertigbau. This pioneering quarter is characterized by a consistently sustainable energy concept that meets the highest ecological standards.
The office floors of the campus were designed flexibly in the tenant fit-out in order to meet the different needs of the future residents. One floor was occupied by the Munich branch of Geiger Schlüsselfertigbau GmbH itself. This floor impresses with its airy, transparent room design, which is made possible by all-glass walls in the T50 partition wall system. In addition, the offices are equipped with double-leaf all-glass doors. The glass frames and casings of the doors and walls are in an elegant bronze tone to match the window front, which gives the entire room a harmonious and stylish ambience.
A consistently sustainable energy concept underlines OPES Immobilien's commitment to environmentally friendly and future-oriented construction. The OPES Campus M70 sets new standards for sustainable construction and modern working in Munich.
