OPES Campus M70, Ascendis Pharma

Innovative construction project in the north of Munich

Sustainability and modern architecture combined

A district of the future

A pioneering district with 600 apartments, a retirement home and around 47,000 sqm of office space is being built on the Knorr-Bremse company premises in the north of Munich. OPES Immobilien relies on the highest ecological standards for this project and attaches great importance to energy and resource consumption. This is reflected in all aspects, from the design of the buildings, the use of materials and the construction process to the equipment and operation over the entire lifespan.

Sustainable energy concepts

Thanks to innovative groundwater heat pumps, the buildings are heated and cooled with almost no CO2 emissions. The electricity required for this is largely generated by photovoltaic systems installed on the roofs. This sustainable energy concept underlines OPES Immobilien's commitment to environmentally friendly and future-oriented construction.

Impressive interior design

A particular highlight of the project is the impressive interior design. The rooms of the tenant Ascendis Pharma are characterized by an innovative glass partition system. Four meter high all-glass walls with single-pane glazing in the T50 system create an open and bright atmosphere. These glass walls set aesthetic accents and at the same time offer transparency and width.

High-quality and functional details

The wall surfaces have a matt anti-fingerprint coating, which ensures an easy-care and long-lasting surface. Closed partitions in the T10 system offer privacy and functionality. This is complemented by flush doors, which fit seamlessly into the modern and elegant design and ensure a harmonious overall appearance.
