The first construction phase of the Main-Kinzig-Kliniken in Gelnhausen went into operation in summer 2020.
With its distinctive facade, the elongated structure forms the new address of the clinic. The heart of the new building is the modern emergency room with a separate reception area for elective patients and a light-flooded main road with open and friendly waiting areas for patients and visitors.
The modern, six-storey wing of the building with a new emergency room, doctor's rooms, nursing wards and intensive care beds extends over an area of more than 6,500 m2.
The interior design concept was developed based on the existing corporate design of the Main-Kinzig-Kliniken. Natural-looking materials dominate the premises and create a comfortable, feel-good atmosphere for patients, visitors and staff.
The extensive structural extensions and modernizations have resulted in modern and improved structures that guarantee optimal patient care.
