Open office structures and perfectly integrated spatial acoustics
The goal was to create a building that reflected the clarity and precision of the equipment and working procedures in place at Bruker AXS. In its alignment of sight-lines and its selection of materials, the design of the building precisely realises the requirements for the various public-access areas of this office and machine facility building. Open-space offices, perfectly integrated strategies for spatial acoustics and the latest building systems create an edifice that offers maximum flexibility for the company’s further development while ensuring employees and customers can enjoy a bright, contemporary workplace ambience.
Meetings rooms are positioned centrally, with T35 double glazing and opaque solid partition walls. Acoustic panels are integrated into the walls while fabric covers enhance the office layout with bright colours.
Interview rooms are closed off cleanly using floor-to-ceiling all-glass T50 partition systems with single-pane glazing and sliding doors. Technical supply systems are installed into the media walls.
