At this year's shareholders' meeting of the furniture industry purchasing cooperative (EIKOM), the members were again offered interesting and authentic insights behind the scenes of two companies in the furniture industry with a view to the future of the furniture industry. The first item on the agenda was a factory tour of the Rudolf & Sohn furniture factory in Schlüchtern, which focuses on products for youth furniture, apartments, properties and home offices.

After that, the Goldbach Kirchner company in Geiselbach rolled out the red carpet for the members. The noticeable highlight for the members was clearly the Living Showroom, which shows the company's modern product diversity and, at the same time, by integrating employee workstations, the functionality using real work scenarios. Goldbach Kirchner provided food for thought with its product GK LUMEE, the award-winning all-glass room-in-room system, which is equipped as a fully-fledged conference room. The acoustic room Stage, which makes the clear advantage of an acoustic solution in the form of a slotted sliding wall noticeable, was also very well received.
